Bring out your bolo ties and cowboy hats — this is cocktail attire with a western flair! Boots, suits, and sundresses welcome.

Parking is not permitted at this venue - please plan to take the shuttle or rideshare if needed.

For those staying in Teton Village, Grey Barn is a 10-minute walk away if you’d prefer not to take the bus!

WELCOME PARTY TRANSPORTATION

Buses will run continuously between Trailborn Hotel, Gravity Haus, and the Grey Barn throughout the evening.

For those staying in the town of Jackson, the Trailborn Hotel will be the closest pickup spot to you. For those staying in Teton Village, Gravity Haus will be the closest pickup spot to you.

Trailborn Hotel → Grey Barn
Departures: 4:30, 5:40, & 6:50 PM

Gravity Haus → Grey Barn
Departures: 4:45, 5:10, 5:35, 6:00, 6:25, & 6:50 PM

Shuttles will make return trips from the Grey Barn back to both hotels throughout the evening and at the conclusion of the party.

The ceremony and reception are in a grassy area, so we recommend ladies opt for block heels, wedges, or flats for comfort.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm and will be followed immediately by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

Parking is not permitted at this venue - please plan to take one of the provided shuttles!!!

WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to Snake River Ranch will be provided from Trailborn Hotel and Gravity Haus. These are the only shuttles to the ceremony, so please plan accordingly. Parking is not permitted at the venue.

Two buses will depart promptly at 2:15 PM

Gravity Haus → Snake River Ranch
Two buses will depart promptly at 2:30 PM

Please arrive at your pickup location 10–15 minutes early. There will not be additional departures to the ceremony.

Return Transportation
Buses will be available throughout the evening to shuttle guests from Snake River Ranch back to Trailborn Hotel and Gravity Haus.
